Cooking ingredients :
- pack of spaghetti (me: la fonte)
- Enough water to boil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3-4 pcs of sausage, cut into pieces
- 2-3 red cayenne pepper
- Enough oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp mushroom stock (can skip)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves (can be replaced with chopped parsley)
- To taste powdered parmesan cheese (can skip)
How to make :
STEP 1
Boil water mixed with vegetable oil, then boil spaghetti until al dente (not soft, not too hard). set aside.
Prepare a wok, and fry the garlic until fragrant. Then add the sausage pieces and cook for a while.
Then add spaghetti, mix well. Add sliced red cayenne pepper, mushroom broth, and salt. Taste correction. turn off the heat and serve. If you like, you can sprinkle parmesan powder. Good luck.
