- 15 pieces of spring roll skin
- 2 bunches of spinach
- 150 gr chicken fillet (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter (margarine)
- 250 ml of liquid milk
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese (or as desired)
Spice :
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 Tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp broth powder
1/2 tsp salt
How To Make :
STEP 1
Boil spinach until wilted.
STEP 2
Remove, drain and squeeze the water. Then thinly sliced.
STEP 3
Finely chop the chicken.
STEP 4
Melt the margarine.
STEP 5
Sauté the onion duo until fragrant.
STEP 6
Add in the chicken, cook until it changes color.

Add flour, mix well.
