Cooking ingredients :
(For 5 servings)
- 2 packets of chocolate jelly
- 200 gr of sugar
- 900 ml of water
- 1/2 tsp liquid vanilla
Vla sauce ingredients:
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 200 ml of liquid milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp liquid vanilla
Decoration :
- Shredded Chocolate
- Strawberry Jam
- Mint leaves
How To Make :
STEP 1
Prepare all the ingredients to make vla pudding and sauce.
Cook the chocolate jelly, granulated sugar and melted vanilla until it boils.
After the pudding mixture boils, turn off the heat. Leave it for a while until the hot steam disappears.
Put it in the mold. Let it cool slightly.

How to make the sauce:
All sauce ingredients are mixed and cooked over low heat.
When making the sauce, keep the heat low. The sauce is stirred constantly. After it looks thickened, immediately turn off the heat. Because if we keep stirring it, it will be hot. The taste is so bad.
Serve pudding with sauce, shaved chocolate and strawberry jam.
