Cooking Ingredients :

(for 2 servings)

  • 150 g Onions
  • 10 g Paprika
  • 20 g Carrots
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 1 g Curry blocks
  • 3 g Cayenne pepper (if you want it spicy)
  • 400g Water
  • 20 g Coriander
  • 15 g Shicimi togarashi
  • 100 g Non Dairy Creamer (NDC)

How To Make :


  1. Sauté the onions, peppers and garlic in a little oil until fragrant.
  2. Then add carrots that have been cut according to taste.
  3. Then add water, cook until it boils and the carrots are cooked.
  4. Then add the curry block, stir until dissolved and cook until thickened.


  1. After that, add the cayenne pepper (if you want it spicy) and the chopped coriander leaves, and stir until well blended.
  2. Then turn off the stove and add Non Dairy Creamer (NDC), stir until well blended.
  3. Then add the boiled ramen noodles separately and serve.
