Green Bean Porridge with Coconut Milk

  • 150 grams of Green Beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Clean washed rice
  • Palm sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 sheet Pandan Leaves tie a knot
  • 1 Thumb Ginger Roast crushed
  • Cinnamon (just a little)
  • Water For Boiling Green Beans
  • Coconut milk ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp instant coconut milk (kurleb)
  • Pandan leaves
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 200 Ml Water

How To Make :

STEP 1

Wash the green beans, soak in water for about 3 hours / overnight. Rinse clean water, throw away anything that isn't good (usually it's above the surface of the water after soaking), drain. Prepare other ingredients.


STEP 2

Boil Palm Sugar and Granulated Sugar, Salt, Pandan Leaves until boiling. Enter Long Beans and Rice. Boil until tender.
