- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin (halal, kikoman)

How To Make :
Step 1
Mix all the sauce ingredients, stir and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare other ingredients. The noodles are doused in hot water for a while then drain and set aside.
Step 3
Sauté the chicken and prawns first until half cooked. Set aside, then add the eggs and scrambled. Move aside.
Add a little oil, sauté the ground spices until fragrant then mix with the protein earlier. Then add the sauce ingredients. Stir again
Add the vegetables and stir briefly, then lastly add the noodles. Stir until well mixed. Taste test, if there is less can be added.
