Shoyu Noodle Ramen With Beef And Egg Home Made

Chicken egg marination:
  • 2 eggs

  • 30 ml of oil
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 dry chilies
  • 2 stalks of green onions, chopped
Chicken broth :
  • 1 piece of chicken thigh
  • 1/4 onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • A slice of ginger
  • 1 piece of shiitake mushroom
Shoyu tare :
  • 5 grams of seaweed
  • 10 grams of shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 ml of soy sauce
  • 100 ml of water

Sauteed meat:
  • 100 gr beef slices
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 75 ml of water

Noodles:
  • Wheat (wheat) noodle / egg noodles

How To Make :

STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients


STEP 2

Make the egg marination : Boil water. Add the eggs and cook for 6 minutes. Take it out and put it in cold water. set aside.



STEP 3

Boil all ingredients until boiling. Pour in a bowl.



STEP 4

Peel the egg and place it on a kitchen towel, then roll the egg. Put it in the sauce. Store in the fridge overnight or 1 hour.

Make the aroma oil: put all the ingredients stir-fry until the aroma comes out. Strain set aside
