Shoyu tare :
- 5 grams of seaweed
- 10 grams of shiitake mushrooms
- 100 ml of soy sauce
- 100 ml of water

- 100 gr beef slices

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 75 ml of water
Noodles:
STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients
Make the egg marination : Boil water. Add the eggs and cook for 6 minutes. Take it out and put it in cold water. set aside.
Boil all ingredients until boiling. Pour in a bowl.
