Chicken Ingredients
- 500 gr chicken meat, cut into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper grains, grind
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Steak Sauce
- 7 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper grains, grind
- 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Introduction
- 1 teaspoon tapioca flour
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Supplementary material:
- 100 gr onions, sliced
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of margarine for sautéing
- 200 ml of water
How To Make:
STEP 1
Mix all the chicken ingredients, stir well and let stand for 15 minutes.
STEP 2
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the chicken until cooked, remove and set aside.
STEP 3
Several parts of beefsteak sauce ingredients. There's fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce. For the tomato sauce, I use the tomato sauce from Delmonte.
STEP 4
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the beefsteak sauce and set aside. Noted:
This beefsteak sauce without salt.
STEP 5
Melt margarine over medium heat.
STEP 6
Saute garlic until fragrant.
STEP 7
Add the onions and sauté until wilted.
STEP 8
Pour the beefsteak sauce, stir well.
STEP 9
Pour in water, stir well.
STEP 10
Enter the fried chicken, stir well.
STEP 11
Cook until the sauce boils.
STEP 12
Lower the heat and pour in the thickening solution, stir well.
STEP 13
After the sauce thickens, turn off the stove.
