STEP 1
Mix liquid milk and lemon juice, stir well and let stand for 15 minutes
STEP 2
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla powder and baking soda, mix well. Then add the eggs, the milk mixture earlier, the vinegar, the cooking oil and the red coloring, stir until well mixed using a whisk. Just stir slowly and don't take too long so the cake doesn't get cakey.
STEP 3
Prepare cupcake molds lined with paper cake. Pour the dough, about 3/4 of the paper cake. Do it until the whole dough runs out.
STEP 4
Put the dough into the preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake for 30-35 minutes (when cooked, adjust according to each oven). Once done, remove the cake and let it cool.
