Cooking Ingredients :

- 1 medium size Onion
- 200 gr boiled elbow macaroni, drained with oil, stir well
- 140 gr Grated Cheese (you can mix any cheese)
- 3 pieces of beef sausage, diced
- 4 eggs
- 320 ml Full cream liquid milk
- To taste salt nutmeg pepper
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
Bechamel Sauce
- 160 gr grated cheese (can mix)
- 300 ml Liquid Milk
- 2 tbsp triangular flour
- 2 tbsp butter
How To Make :
STEP 1
Heat the butter, sauté the onions until fragrant, add the sausage + carrots, stir evenly until cooked.
STEP 2
Add boiled macaroni and cheese, stir until smooth.
STEP 3
Immediately pour in the milk+egg mixture, season with nutmeg, salt, pepper/broth powder, sugar according to taste, cook for another 5 minutes so that it is more absorbed into the dish.
STEP 4
Bechamel sauce
Heat the butter, add the flour, stir quickly so it doesn't clot, pour in the milk and cook the cheese until it thickens and the grated cheese.
Pour and neatly arrange the macaroni over the pyrex/ramekin/aluminum cup, 3/4 size only, add the bechamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley, bake at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes until browned. Then Homemade Mac and Cheese is ready to be served🤤.
