- 4 slices of white / wheat bread
- 4 free-range chicken eggs
- 4 sheets of Mozzarella
- Mayonnaise
- optional Tomato sauce / chili sauce
- Butter

How To Make:
STEP 1
Brush plain bread with butter, put mayonnaise on all edges of the bread (rather high) as a barrier.
STEP 2
Place the egg in the middle. Add chopped/shredded mozzarella over the eggs
STEP 3
Bake in air fryer 7 minutes 200 degrees Celsius. If you like your eggs cooked, you can bake them for 8-10 minutes.
