Chicken Nugget |
COOKINDO - Chicken nuggets are a popular snack or meal option that are loved by many people around the world. They are typically made by breading and frying small pieces of chicken, and can be served with a variety of dipping sauces.
Making homemade chicken nuggets can be a fun and easy way to enjoy this classic dish while also controlling the quality and ingredients that go into them.
Cooking Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of chicken breast
- 125 gr breadcrumbs
- 10 grams of tapioca
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable meizena
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp royco beef/chicken
- salt to taste
- Flavoring (optional)
How To Make:
Clean the chicken, remove the bones, cut into small pieces, wash and then in the blender, add a little water when in the blender so that the grinding process is faster,
STEP 2
Grind the spices (garlic, pepper, salt + flavoring)
STEP 3
Mix the spices into the chicken that was in the blender earlier, then add the meizena, tapioca & panir flour, add the royco too, yeah, then stir until it's really smooth
STEP 4
Taste test, if it's just right then pour it into the tin, just adjust the size of the tin, I used a 10cm x 20cm brownie tin, so 2 tins
STEP 5
Then steam for about 35 minutes, test with a skewer as usual, if it's not sticky when skewered it means the nuggets are cooked
STEP 6
Wait until room temperature, then cut according to taste, make flour mixture then roll into flour mixture then roll into panir flour, do until finished, then fry until golden yellow
STEP 8
Home-style chicken nuggets are ready to be served & enjoyed with warm rice, good luck.
