Cooking Ingredients:
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 75 gr margarine (me: butter)
  • 50 gr ghee/samin oil/clarified butter
  • 2 yolks
  • 110 gr powdered sugar (me: 50gr)
  • 200 gr low protein flour
  • 100 gr cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp powdered milk
  • vanilla essence to taste
  • Salt to taste

Spread Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp liquid milk (I 1/2 tsp skm)
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil (I use 1 tbsp olive oil)
  • Egg yolk food coloring (I didn't use)
  • A little vanilla essence (my addition)
  • Mix all the Grease ingredients
Stuffing:
  • Pineapple Jam


How To Make It:

STEP 1
Mix margarine, ghee, butter, stir well with whisk/mixer

STEP 2
Add the egg yolks and powdered sugar, stir again just until smooth.

STEP 3
Add vanilla essence, mix well, add flour and cornstarch while sifting. stir until evenly distributed

STEP 4
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, preheat the oven to 130-150 dc (or according to each)

STEP 5
Take 1 tsp of dough, fill with pineapple jam and make a round. Arrange in a baking dish. Do it until the dough runs out.

STEP 6
Bake for 15 minutes..(half cooked)

STEP 7
Take it out, wait for it to warm Polish with polishing material (2x polish)

STEP 8
Bake for another 15 minutes or until cooked depending on your oven

STEP 9
Take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool down, put it in a jar, and the nastar is ready to be served
