  • 2 ambon bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 150 gr of sugar
  • White refined sugar
  • enough grated cheese
  • Honey
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Strawberry
  • Grape
How To Make:

STEP 1
Make 2 dough. First dough:
  1. Crush the Ambon bananas until soft (don't forget to remove the seeds in the middle of the banana)
  2. flour mixture- add butter- Enter the egg yolks (previously separate the whites and yolks)
  3. Stir evenly

STEP 2
Second dough:- Mix egg whites and sugar- stir until frothy (if using a manual whisker), or stir until white moist expands (if using a mixer)

Combine the two doughs, then mix thoroughly. Add sweetened condensed milk to taste and vanilla.

STEP 4
Heat Teflon over low heat

Enter the dough using a soup spoon, then cover.

Wait until the edges of the dough are slightly cooked, then turn gently with a spatula. Wait until golden brown, then remove.

Repeat until the dough runs out.
