How To Make: 

STEP 1
Pour the flour in a clean container. Add the egg yolks, salt, water (already mixed with milk before), granulated sugar and mix well with a whisk.

STEP 2
Beat the egg whites until fluffy (if you remove them they don't fall off) Set aside.

STEP 3
Mix the egg whites a little into the flour mixture until smooth. Prepare the pan on the stove over low heat.

STEP 4
Cook the pancakes, close for a while, sprinkle with shredded/small Mozzarella cheese, close again. Remove and arrange on a plate while smearing with butter then rolling. Cook until the dough runs out. The size of using 1 spoon of vegetables or according to taste, moms.
